Maju Krueng (Cambodian Hot & Sour Stew)
It is Cambodian local soup that put some morning glory and meat such as beef, pork or fish in it. It is a little bit sweet. Local people normally eat it everyday with rice.
Samlor Korko (Cambodian Style Soup)
It is mixed vegetables soup. They always add fresh vegetables such as eggplant, pumpkin and papaya. It is a good mix and you can eat with rice too.
Pong Tia Trey Pro Ma (Fried Porcupine Duck Egg)
It looks like Cambodian omelette. They fry duck eggs with vegetables. It is a simple menu but taste so good.
Teuk Krueng (Fish Vegetable Dip)
The dip made from fish is not so spicy since only tiny bit of chili is added. For the vegetables, they are cucumber, lotus-like plant, banana flowers and mint. The go well with each other.
Samlor Maju Khour Khdam (Water Crab Soup with Papaya)
They put some fish eggs, papaya and crab (crab juice) and some other vegetables. Quite interesting healthy dish. Well, a little tip to say “very delicious” in Khmer is “Chh-nganh Na”. Interesting, right?
This is brown coffee. There is a place called Brown Coffee & Bakery. It is very popular local business and there are many branches. The reason why it is famous because it is like a meeting architectural place where you can work and get strong free wi-fi. And the coffee itself is special that they use the palm sugar which is very unique here. It also tastes really good.
Coconut Juice & Coconut Ice Cream
It is a stick coconut ice cream with traditional style of making. It is very easy to find as well as the young great coconut juice. Cambodian believes that one coconut a day will keep doctors away. This is a perfect drink for the long hot days.
